Club Information

Welcome to the Hell's Canyon Paint Horse Club!

Enclosed you will find useful materials that will introduce the club, it's purpose, and a few of it's programs.

    Please don't hesitate to contact the officers or directors with any questions, comments, or suggestions.

    Here are the rules and procedures governing HCPHC.
  • HCPHC Year-End Awards, Rules, and Points Reporting Form
    Once you are a member, don't forget to turn in those hard earned show points (APHA or OCAP) to be eligible for the club's year-end awards program.
  • HCPHC Membership Form--Share with a friend!
    Membership has two requirements; a completed membership form and the appropriate fee for your membership type. Be sure to get these in early to be included on the club mailing list and to be eligible for year-end awards.

Other membership tidbits:

  • Meetings are held on every 3rd Wednesday from April thru June (excluding July, August & September) at 6:00 PM at the Potlatch Federal Credit Union, Orchards Branch, 1015 Warner Ave, Lewiston, ID. Our Annual meeting is held at the end of September. October thru March the meetings are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month, at Potlatch Federal Credit Union, Orchards Branch, 1015 Warner Ave, Lewiston, ID, at 2:00 PM.
  • Your HCPHC membership includes membership to the Northwest Coordinating Committee (NWCC). Note: As of 2007-NWCC requires declaration forms, andyour HCPHC membership must be current (form turned in and paid) before the first show you wish points to be accumulated for.
  • HCPHC sponsors one APHA-approved show per year. Our July Paint-O-Rama, is a 4-judge show. At this show, the club also hosts the Hell's Canyon Futurities. The show is currently hosted at the Walla Walla Fair Grounds in Walla Walla, Washington.
  • If you have an idea for a fun activity the club could sponsor or that our club members would be interested in, don't be shy!
  • Our newsletter, the Hell's Canyon Hi-Lights is mailed monthly, with any brags, photos, or news you would like to share.
